Scotland Health Care System in Laurinburg, North Carolina is proud to be the community's health care system. We are a community owned and controlled not-for-profit organization that includes Scotland Memorial Hospital, Scotland Physicians Network with nine medical practices, Scotland Regional Hospice (formerly Hospice of Scotland County), Scotland Family Counseling Center, and Scotland Memorial Foundation.
WHAT THEY NEEDED
Scotland Health Care System has been a stable in the Scotland community and has served families in the surrounding areas for over 60 years. The hospital has continually grown and in most recent years, really invested strongly in building not only a hospital that has interpersonal staff and a caring team, but one that's very technologically advanced within the community.
SMH faced a problem with patients seeking services out of the community, mostly due to them not being educated of the plethora of high-level services that SMH had to offer.
WHAT WE DID
We were partnered with marketing firm Queue, LLC of Raleigh NC to help create several campaigns and visuals to help introduce the new Scotland Health Care System to the community. The results have been very successful with new patient growth numbers increasing as well as retention.
